Job Description

We are looking for Propulsion Analysts who bring deep technical expertise to support the design, testing, and performance evaluation of propulsion systems. This role is ideal for engineers who want to bridge the gap between analysis and hardwarethose who not only run simulations but also build tools, influence design, and diagnose real-world test results. Youll work closely with design and test teams to ensure our propulsion systems are optimized, reliable, and ready for flight.

Key Responsibilities
Perform technical analysis to support propulsion hardware design and testing:
Conduct fluid, thermal, and structural analyses to inform design decisions.
Analyze test data to diagnose anomalies and recommend design improvements.
Develop and maintain custom tools and workflows to streamline analysis.
Participate in design reviews, presenting findings and guiding decisions with data.
Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure analysis reflects real-world constraints.
Influence the design of propulsion systems through practical, test-driven insights.
