Project Intake & Coordination: Manage and triage incoming creative requests via Zendesk from internal departments, franchisees, and brand teams. Ensure all requests are clear, complete, and aligned with brand priorities.
Traffic Management: Own the day-to-day scheduling, task assignments, and resourcing across our creative team using Monday.com. Ensure deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are on track.
Communication Hub: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative teamgathering requirements, providing timelines, following up on approvals, and managing revisions.
Creative Calendar Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive calendar of ongoing and upcoming campaigns and asset production. Proactively flag conflicts or capacity issues.
Quality Control & Delivery: Ensure all creative output meets brief requirements, brand standards, and delivery deadlines. Continuously improve workflow processes for efficiency.

Background in or understanding of design, content creation, or production workflows
Experience supporting franchise, retail, or multi-brand marketing teams
Familiarity with asset management systems and version control practices
Proficiency with Zendesk and Monday.com or similar project/ticketing platforms
