Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Pipe General Foreman to oversee all piping installation activities on a power plant construction project, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, codes, and schedules. This role leads multiple crews, coordinates with other disciplines, and serves as the primary field authority for piping execution.
- Direct, supervise, and mentor pipefitters, welders, and foremen across multiple work fronts.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities, aligning manpower, equipment, and materials with project priorities.
- Ensure crews understand work scopes, drawings, procedures, and safety expectations.
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, QA/QC, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.
- Review construction drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and specifications to verify constructability and accuracy.
- Coordinate piping activities with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to avoid conflicts and delays.

Required Skills & Experience
- Powerplant construction experience (Combined Cycle, Gas Turbine, or LNG)
- 2+ years of experience as a Pipe General Foreman
- Strong understanding of piping systems, welding processes, and industry codes (ASME, ANSI, API).
