Job Description
Our client is seeking a Capital Projects Scheduler to join their team in Baytown, TX. This person is being brought on to support mid-range projects for the capital projects group, reporting to Site Project Engineering Leadership. This role will provide schedule / progress performance measurement, assessment, and analysis to the Project Management Team analyze impacts, changes, and assist in development of recovery plans and scenarios. They will review Contractor schedule, progress development and reporting, ensuring initial plan meets company baseline requirements, earned/actual data is accurate, and forecast data is realistic. The Scheduler will support the validation of ordered, received, invoiced, inventory, and installed materials and tagged equipment and provide schedule layouts and reporting to the project team to aid in understanding the plan, variances, and status of the work.

Required Skills & Experience
2-5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler
Experience with capital projects scheduling, not just turnarounds and maintenance
Experience with earned value management
Experience with Primavera P6
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a range of project team members
Oil and gas industry experience, preferred to have EPC experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in related field (construction management, business administration)
Have industry related certification (AACE PSP, PMI-SP, PMP)
