Insight Global is partnering with one of the fast-growing national AV, security, and IT contractor. This company is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Foreman. This position will be located on-site at one of their data-center clients. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the data center space.
Crew Supervision — Directs and supports workers, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures productivity throughout the workday.
Project Coordination — Works with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep schedules, materials, and workflows aligned.
Quality Control — Inspects work to ensure it meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
Safety Oversight — Enforces safety protocols, conducts toolbox talks, and ensures compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Problem Solving — Identifies issues on the job site and resolves them quickly to avoid delays or hazards.
Reporting & Documentation — Completes daily logs, tracks labor and materials, and communicates progress to supervisors or project managers.
Training & Mentorship — Guides new or less experienced workers, ensuring they understand tasks, tools, and safety requirements.
The expected hours are 6::30AM-3PM.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience a Foreman at a data center or large construction project
- Strong understanding of low-voltage, structure cabling, and mission critical work
- Background in QA/QC
- OSHA 30
