Insight Global is hiring a Seasonal 100% Remote Traveling Technician to join a team performing POS system installations in major sports stadiums across the US.
Responsibilities will Include:
Implementation - Distribute, place, activate, and configure all aspects of software upon clients' requests.
Event Preparation - Validate software configuration, educate end-users, test venue configurations, and ensure overall readiness for event day.
Event Support - Prepare and support client's operation during live event(s). This includes but is not limited to, responding to software issues, hardware issues, training calls, etc.
