Job Description

A top client based out of Austin, TX is looking to bring on several 100% Traveling Field Technicians to their team! This is an exciting role, as you'll have an exciting opportunity to install POS systems in a variety of sports stadiums across the United States. (Some of their existing clients include Hard Rock Stadium, Caesars Superdome, Citizen's Bank Park, Q2 Stadium, Doak S. Campbell Stadium, Golden 1 Center, etc.) Their peak seasons include March 10-April 10 and June 15-Thanksgiving. A typical trip will begin with installation days. These days include anything from making an installation schedule, installing roughly 15 devices/day, configuring the correct software, configuring terminals, plugging cables & cable management, distributing the correct training information, etc. After all of the venue's POS systems are installed, you will also execute a Launch Day. A Launch Day is typically a gameday - you will arrive to the stadium a few hours prior to doors opening to ensure the POS systems are up and running, stay during the game to troubleshoot and ensure everything runs smoothly, & step in when needed.

Further Responsibilities Will Include:

Implementation - Distribute, place, activate, and configure all aspects of software and hardware upon clients' requests.

Event Preparation - Validate software and hardware configuration, educate end-users, test venue configurations, and ensure overall readiness for event day.

Event Support - Prepare and support client's operation during live event(s). This includes but is not limited to, responding to software issues, hardware issues, training calls, etc.
