Seeking an experienced technical writer to guide documentation in general purpose humanoid robotics. Reporting up to the Support Program Manager, you will guide and execute the roadmap for user facing documentation.
Create and maintain high-quality, succinct user-facing documentation for a general-purpose humanoid robot and its supporting systems.
Work with the Engineering, Product, and Support teams to acquire a thorough understanding of the products form, function, and features.

Strong skills in the Atlassian Confluence ecosystem
Ability to use CAD to produce images/illustrations
Demonstrated history of translating internal engineering information to user-facing documentation
Experience collaborating with engineers and service technicians to improve user experience via illustrations and diagrams
Experience generating user oriented documentation in a technical field (such as robotics)
