Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Robotics Engineer with deep expertise in dexterous end effector design, high DoF robotic manipulation, and complex electro mechanical systems integration. This role focuses on architecting, designing, and maturing next generation robotic hands and end effectors with DoF counts ranging from 10 to 25+, requiring a nuanced understanding of mechanical, sensing, and control electronics tradeoffs.
You will work at the forefront of humanoid and robotic arm manipulation, collaborating across mechanical, electrical, controls, and systems engineering teams to transform cutting edge research prototypes into scalable, manufacturable products. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record designing or shipping dexterous robotic hands, high complexity end effectors, or multi DoF articulated mechanisms.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
