This person will be supporting the business goals through the delivery of projects spanning technology, operations, business continuity, and offshore management. They will collaborate across a matrixed organization to deliver business value through disciplined, predictable project execution and effective solutions to business problems.

Required Skills & Experience
○ 8+ years of project management experience managing multiple large, complex projects.
○ Expertise in full budget management, software/product development, systems, and technical environments.
○ Strong relationship-building skills with sponsors and stakeholders.
○ Ability to mobilize teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver tough messages gracefully.
○ Extensive knowledge of project management tools.
○ Experience with Agile/Scrum and other development methodologies.
○ Ability to execute with limited information and navigate ambiguity.
○ Strong business and technical acumen.
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects under pressure.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
○ PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
○ Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile transformation.
○ Release Train Engineer experience (preferred).
○ Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
○ Background in financial services.
