Job Description

An Insight Global client is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This person will be supporting the business goals through the delivery of projects spanning technology, operations, business continuity, and offshore management. They will collaborate across a matrixed organization to deliver business value through disciplined, predictable project execution and effective solutions to business problems.

Required Skills & Experience

○ 8+ years of project management experience managing multiple large, complex projects.
○ Expertise in full budget management, software/product development, systems, and technical environments.
○ Strong relationship-building skills with sponsors and stakeholders.
○ Ability to mobilize teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver tough messages gracefully.
○ Extensive knowledge of project management tools.
○ Experience with Agile/Scrum and other development methodologies.
○ Ability to execute with limited information and navigate ambiguity.
○ Strong business and technical acumen.
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects under pressure.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

○ PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
○ Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile transformation.
○ Release Train Engineer experience (preferred).
○ Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
○ Background in financial services.
