Job Description

We are seeking a Senior System Engineering leader to oversee the global network of Robotics Labs worldwide. This role owns the technical direction, operational alignment, and strategic use of our Robotics Labs to support solution development, customer engagement, ecosystem collaboration, and go‑to‑market execution.
The position partners closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Regional Teams to ensure our global Robotics Labs consistently deliver high‑impact demos, reference solutions, and proof‑of‑concept capabilities across all regions.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years of experience in System Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles within Robotics, Automation, or Intelligent Edge Systems
· Deep hands‑on expertise in Robotics System Integration, including embedded platforms, AI acceleration, middleware, and system software
· Strong understanding of Edge Computing, AI‑enabled workloads, and heterogeneous compute architectures
· Proven experience leading or coordinating multi‑site or global technical teams
· Ability to influence across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority
· Strong communication skills, capable of engaging deeply with both technical experts and executive stakeholders
· Comfortable operating at the intersection of Strategy and Execution
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
