Job Description
Lead master planning efforts across a large-scale campus environment
Identify projects and drive alignment with leadership and key stakeholders
Review designs with cross-functional and multi-discipline teams
Hand off execution-ready plans to engineers and designers
Create high-quality presentation materials, renderings, and 3D models
Attend design reviews, coordination meetings, and site walks

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering
3+ years of professional experience in site planning, urban design, or landscape architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Lumion
Strong graphic and rendering skills
Experience on large-scale projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience on industrial campuses (semiconductor, battery, solar, or corporate)
Familiarity with ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Understanding of stormwater management, sustainable design, or LID principles
Experience with early-phase planning on large corporate or civic projects
