Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support a rapidly growing technology organization with diverse hiring needs across their technology business unit. This is a high-impact, sourcing-heavy role supporting everything from production-level talent (e.g., welders/operators) to highly specialized engineering roles (e.g., BIM, Principal Engineers).

This is a 6–8 month contract with strong potential to convert based on performance.

Upon conversion, this individual will step into a Talent Acquisition Partner role supporting the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recruiting across a wide range of technical roles, including:
Technology and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, etc. Software)

Own high-volume and niche searches simultaneously, balancing speed and quality
Act as a true sourcing partner to the business, heavily leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach strategies
Partner closely with:
A Senior TA Partner to divide and conquer hiring priorities
The Director of Technology / Business Unit Leaders to align on hiring strategy
Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers:
Coach on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, and market insights
Help guide interview processes and decision-making
Operate beyond execution—this role requires client management, not just candidate delivery
Support hiring managers who may be new or less experienced, providing structure and guidance
Maintain strong pipeline activity across production, operator, and senior-level engineering roles

What Success Looks Like
Ability to own req load independently across varied and complex skillsets
Consistent delivery across both:
Hard-to-fill niche roles
Faster-moving, high-volume positions
Strong influence with hiring managers—seen as a trusted advisor, not just a recruiter
High level of sourcing productivity and candidate engagement
