* Support the design and construction of a variety of new and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities in our high-tech facilities across the U.S.
* Structural modeling and design deliverables on Revit
* Prepare design drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules
* Utilize Navisworks and 3D laser scanned point clouds for routing and clash detection.
* Coordinate structural modeling with multidiscipline project teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Piping/Plumbing including assisting in utility routing
* Coordinate design input and markups from structural engineering leads
* Initial REVIT model setup
* Work with the BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results and incorporate new design into the existing facility models
* Utilize and improve structural design standards
* Assist with BIM custom content creation and tool development
* Responsible for producing quality models
* Develop and improve design skills; engineering understanding
* Assist in presenting 30% 60% 90% model reviews to stakeholders and multi-discipline teams

* Minimum 10 years Structural Designer experience for building or Industrial projects
* Minimum 5 years Experience with Revit Structural
* Industry Experience: industrial, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, semiconductor, manufacturing, large commercial
o Multi- disciplinary background preferred (concrete, steel, wood)
* Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work with a diverse team
* Able to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines
* Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; prioritize and communicate assignments
* Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering or drafting certificate
* Experience with Navisworks or similar multi-discipline clash detection, model review platforms
o AutoCAD
* Experience developing BIM Content: Families - parametric, formula nested, type catalogs
* Experience working with vendors on content download and updates to company standards
* Experience supporting linked views and others in multiple models situation
* Experience with drawing design utilizing AutoCAD
* Experience developing fabrication (LOD 400) level drawing packages
