Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist in Austin, TX to oversee employee relations and HR operations for a 70+ employee organization. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and EEO claims, ensuring issues are handled consistently and in compliance with employment laws. They will manage compensation benchmarking on a bi‑yearly basis, oversee benefits and insurance programs, and partner with leadership on personnel decisions. This role will also provide operational oversight across facilities, vendors, and events, including managing a company‑owned building and coordinating routine maintenance. The HR Leader will wear multiple hats while bringing a stronger HR foundation to the organization. This role offers a compensation range of $90,000–$100,000 per year.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership or standalone HR role
- Strong employee relations experience supporting 70+ employees in a DoD environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws, EEO claims, and HR compliance
- Experience managing compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (not required)
- Experience handling investigations, performance issues, and employee complaints
- Experience overseeing benefits, insurance, and vendor relationships
- Facilities or building management experience
