Job Description

Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced leader to oversee front-end revenue cycle operations. This role focuses on improving patient access, streamlining financial processes, and leading a large team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Financial Clearance Operations: Improve workflows related to patient registration, insurance verification, and customer service.
• Team Leadership: Manage a large team, drive performance, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Patient Scheduling: Create efficient systems for scheduling new patient appointments.
• Benefits & Authorizations: Ensure timely and accurate insurance verification and authorization processes.
• Document Management: Oversee the handling and storage of patient documents from referral sources.
• Financial Counseling: Support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and available assistance.
• Billing Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely billing, and resolve any issues quickly.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in revenue cycle management, including 7+ years in leadership.
• 2+ years of consulting background preferred
• 5+ years of client-facing or consulting experience in RCM.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
