We are seeking a senior level compensation consultant to build, scale, and innovate compensation strategies across 17 countries within 3 regions. The new consultant should be a proven strategic HR professional with a demonstrated ability to manage complexity and large volumes of data through adaptability, simplification, framework, and scalability. Conceptual thinking, customer experience, data analysis, and systems capability are key components we consider as we assess evolving needs and collaborate with managers and other People Team members to create global and local solutions. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits and will play a lead role in designing global compensation programs to scale.

5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a multi-national high-tech company
Proven experience with global market analysis and job framework design
Proficiency with Workday Advanced Compensation
Expert level Excel skills and intermediate Word and PowerPoint capabilities (pivot tables, etc)
Exceptional planning and project management skills
Clear and effective communication
Ability to educate others, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organization.
