A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Scrum Master to their team. This role is a 12-month contract-to-hire position and requires remote work from India. As a Technical Scrum Master for a data migration project to Azure, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices while leveraging your technical expertise to guide the team through complex migration tasks. You will coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth project execution. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery, monitoring and reporting on project progress and team performance, and ensuring the successful migration of data to Azure.
This role will pay between 25 LPA and 35 LPA. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees in this role are also entitled to 11 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
