Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Property Manager that will support the Senior Property Manager in overseeing the physical operations and administrative functions of one of our client’s premier commercial property currently 85% leased with 19 active tenants. This role requires a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training, manage high-value tenants, and deliver a white-glove experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially savvy, and an excellent communication. This role will be fully onsite Monday – Friday starting at 8:30 to 5:30pm.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Lease administration, rent adjustments, billing, and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and sub-tenant transitions.
- Host weekly team meetings and collaborate with building staff.
- Conduct regular property inspections and vendor meetings (some offsite travel).
- Manage vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.
- Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses.
- Oversee tenant relations, including onboarding, communication, and events.
- Maintain emergency plans, security post orders, and contact lists.
- Represent asset management in build-outs and ensure timely occupancy.
- Actively manage parking operations and seek revenue improvements.
- Maintain property website and coordinate surveys and décor installations.
- Prepare and route documents via DocuSign in accordance with signature authority policies.
- Attend meetings with VP and Asset Management team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years in commercial real estate
o Strong understanding of financial concepts and applications : preparing financial reports, monthly variance reports, CAM reconciliation
- Experience managing vendors and high-value tenants
- Proven ability to deliver white-glove tenant service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (budget files, formulas).
- Skilled in Outlook for scheduling and communication.
- Yardi experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation
