Insight Global is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to support one of our client's major modernization initiatives. The role focuses on modernizing the legacy AS400-based system, critical to supporting $6 billion in funds. Candidates should have proven success in financial infrastructure/tax system modernizations at a state, city or county level, as well as experience with on-premises and SaaS environments, and strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading tax system modernization projects
- Prior government work experience at a state, city, or county level
- Experience with on-premises and SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Must sit within the state of Texas
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Public Administration is preferred (Master’s desirable)
