Job Description
o Release equipment, understand schedules and budgets, assist with change orders, and anticipate scope gaps.
o Teach and unify the team, particularly Project Engineers (PEs), for cohesive project execution.
o Oversee installations, including work plans, submittals, RFIs, take-offs, and PE checklists.
o Coordinate daily with subcontractors to discuss progress and address issues.
o Conduct site inspections to identify potential errors or issues.
o Assess coordination needs prior to construction activities.
o Provide training and support to current Project Engineers.
o Oversee construction of major structures like chemical buildings, treatment buildings, and gravity thickeners.
o Plan and manage integration of new structures with existing ones.
o Utilize Bluebeam Studio for documentation and collaboration.
o Summarize daily progress, update checklists, and prepare for the next day's activities.

Required Skills & Experience
o 4-5 years of Heavy Civil Project Engineering/Project Manager experience
o Water / Wastewater heavy civil project background
o Understanding of mechanical systems, process piping, process equipment, and overall plant processes.
o Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
o Bluebeam experience/project software experience
o Experience with MS Suite
o Organized, driven, and experienced
