Our client is looking to hire a Procurement Specialist that is experience within Ariba. This specialist will support internal stakeholders on managing, tracking, and creating purchase orders within the Ariba system. This individual will need to be a strong communicator, comfortable with multi-tasking, strong analysis experience, and be self-motivated. They will be involved in supporting the procurement lifecycle through the Ariba system, and will heavily utilize MS office suite and Excel amongst other tracking tools to provide updates and reports for internal leaders.

- 4+ years of procurement or purchase related positions
- SAP Ariba experience
- Purchase order creation and tracking
- MS Office Suite and Excel proficiency
- Project Coordination related experience
o Experience working with a wide range of internal leaders and feeling confident in navigating asking for approvals and status updates
