Job Description

As a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Software Engineer, you will join an Insight Global clients EMS team focused on the data migration and integration workstream. You will migrate data from legacy systems into the new centralized EMS platform, working with Oracle databases and integrating with Snowflake and OCI. This role requires deep database expertise and the ability to work independently during non-overlap hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (flexible based on experience)
• 5+ years of Oracle DB and PL/SQL development experience
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages, performance tuning)
• Experience with complex data migrations (on-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud)
• Familiarity with Spring Boot APIs
• Strong understanding of RESTful service design
• Azure DevOps and Agile experience
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
• Strong self-learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Snowflake and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) experience
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience
• Docker/Kubernetes experience
Experience in international or cross-functional environments
