Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in the Austin area. They will under close supervision, responsible for managing delivery schedules according to customer need and factory capacity. This position involves communicating schedules directly with the external customer, negotiating order expedites, meeting contractual commitments and managing forecast changes internally and externally to meet revenue goals. They will communicate delivery timing to the customer for both new and reuse equipment globally, interface directly with customer to optimize delivery schedules to meet internal revenue targets and correct any forecast errors. Collaborate with sales to strategically negotiate and adjust delivery schedule to meet revenue goals. Provides delivery performance metrics as requirement for customer scorecards, influencing and negotiating most favorable results. Reconciliation of fees and remedies associated with on-time delivery (this may include credit memos for transit reimbursement to the customer). Employ mechanisms such as expedite and cancellation fees to mitigate impacts to the manufacturing lines, per department strategy. Schedule and contribute to multiple customer meetings regarding forecast, order and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in customer or sales support roles and an associate’s degree or higher
- 8 years of experience in customer or sales support role if no degree
- 6 months+ of experience directly communication with customers (managing contracts, resolving customer issues, negotiations, etc)
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience creating reports
- Experience with either SAP, CRM, Power BI or Monday.com
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bilingual in Japanese
- Experience supporting global teams
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with AI tools – specifically Athenia
