Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement during specification, RFQ, and ordering of long-lead OFCI equipment
• Assume full ownership post-PO for all assigned OFCI equipment
• Act as the single point of contact with vendors for manufacturing progress, submittals, FAT readiness, and delivery commitments
• Track and manage equipment schedules, proactively flagging risks to project milestones
• Coordinate logistics, delivery sequencing, and site readiness with construction and logistics teams
• Resolve vendor issues, deviations, damages, or delays through close follow-up and escalation
• Execute formal handoff of equipment to construction teams with complete documentation and readiness confirmation

Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience managing OFCI / long-lead equipment on large capital or EPC projects
• Strong understanding of engineering–procurement–construction handoffs
• Proven experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Solid grasp of equipment schedules, logistics, and risk management
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple equipment packages simultaneously
