Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an NVM Circuit Design Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and drive the development of Ultra-Low Power NVM Memories used across the company. In this position, you will design sophisticated Ultra-Low Power and low area NVM IP's from specification to silicon characterization, and partner closely with external foundries, internal silicon technology, design, marketing and PDK teams to enable NVM solutions. Required Skills & Experience
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of proven experience in NVM design
• Proficient with Cadence schematic, simulation and layout tools
• Proven innovator with a history of generating new IP and patents
• Experienced in NVM design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test
• Prior experience working with external foundries
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in emerging NVM design is a plus (MRAM, RRAM), as is experience in SRAM design
• Prior experience with NVM Test chip design and characterization
