Job Description

DAY TO DAY

As a Project Superintendent, you will be playing a critical role in construction projects for building the world's largest factories. You will work primarily in the field managing and will be asked to work cross-functionally, interfacing with base build construction engineers, and manufacturing engineering teams while tracking a project's safety, schedule and budget. The Project Superintendent is in charge of overseeing projects and programs, ensuring operations adhere to standards and requirements.



· Manage GC's, subcontractor's, and Self Perform trades in the field.

· Implementing & regulating safety policies and work plans

· Schedule and lead quality control and site safety inspections.

· Develop and communicate logistics and other operational plans necessary.

· Interface with base build construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams -- from install through start of production

· Direct work in field and track changes both individually and leading or participating in a larger team.

· Work with designers to facilitate construction design.

· Develop templates and standards for future phases/projects.

· Work with procurement team to create biddable work packages; track against estimate to manage costs and update appropriate teams.

Coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring the inventory of materials, purchasing supplies according to project requirements, developing reports and conducting inspections

Required Skills & Experience

· Related experience in general construction or commercial background (residential is not applicable)

* Oil & Gas is acceptable too

· Experience contributing

· OSHA 30 Certification

· Familiarity with Microsoft applications

· Good communication

Ability to multi-task
