Lead coordination effort with subcontractors in the field
Read, interpret, and help to implement engineering drawings and specifications
Submit RFIs and bring up any foreseeable issues in the field
Manage and maintain project schedule
Support all hydrotesting, duct testing, city inspections, and other quality related items
Verify mechanical and plumbing contractors submit QC paperwork to properly request inspections.
Support all commissioning activities
Drive construction completion
Ensure all subcontractors are installing materials per specifications. Ensure all pipe/duct joining methods are followed per specifications.
Coordinate and support all supporting activities such as insulation, coring, slab and roof penetrations
Contribute information and photos for daily progress updates
Highlight progress drawings
Supervise and ensure that mechanical and plumbing contractors are properly staffing projects per schedules.
Related experience in general construction or commercial background (residential is not applicable)
Oil & Gas is acceptable too
Experience contributing
Be familiar with all applicable building/plumbing/HVAC codes
OSHA 30 Certification
Familiarity with Microsoft applications
Good communication
Ability to multi-task
