The Mechanical Systems Engineer develops complex and novel mechanical systems related to advanced 3D HI processes.
Responsibilities
Manages research projects, including defining and tracking project goals and milestones and supervising of the work of research team members.
Designs, fabricates, assembles and tests equipment systems.
Researches and coordinates the procurement of various equipment and sub-systems.
Compiles reports on costs and inventory levels.

Three plus years of Semiconductor professional experience in mechanical design or engineering
Experience in nanofabrication, precision machine design, mechatronics, systems and controls, instrumentation, or roll-to-roll systems development.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, precision systems engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, precision systems engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience working in a research or start-up environment
