Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, support business development, and drive measurable organizational growth. This role oversees marketing initiatives, proposal development, digital content, and cross-functional collaboration. The position includes supervisory responsibilities to guide and develop junior marketing staff and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Provide leadership across marketing initiatives and ensure consistent execution and performance.
Supervisory & Team Development
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff.
• Manage workloads, review deliverables, and support professional development.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners.
RFQ & Proposal Management
• Lead development and submission of RFQs, Write-Ups, and proposals for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure proposal packages are accurate, compelling, and delivered on schedule.
CRM & Inquiry Management
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track proposals, leads, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide reports to leadership and business development teams.
Creative & Brand Oversight
• Oversee creation of digital, print, and video assets, including proposals, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Data & Performance Analysis
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Prepare reports and communicate insights to leadership.
SharePoint & Content Management
• Maintain organized marketing materials, templates, and documentation within SharePoint.
• Ensure all resources are current, accessible, and aligned with standards.
Recruitment Marketing
• Support employer branding and career-focused marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate the company’s presence at career fairs and recruitment events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and industry partners.
• Clearly communicate marketing initiatives, status updates, and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within construction, engineering, or professional services.
• Experience managing RFQs, proposals, or other complex deliverables.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools).
• Vendor management or creative production oversight.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, government contracting, or technical services industries.
