Job Description

Were seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to support a short-term integration project as part of a collaborative 4-person team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in labor relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support labor relations initiatives as part of an integration project
Partner with HR, Legal, and business leadership to ensure compliance and alignment with labor agreements
Address union-related matters and support negotiations, grievance processes, or arbitrations as needed
Conduct research and provide guidance on labor laws, contract language, and policy interpretation
Document key findings, maintain records, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

3 5 + years of labor relations or employee relations experience
Strong understanding of employment and labor law
Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive matters with discretion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting integration or organizational change initiatives is a plus
