- 5 to 8 years of experience in instructional design and technical development.
- Detail-oriented with strong data management skills.
- Hands-on experience in building curriculum frameworks and learning paths.
- Technical background with a pivot into L&D or relevant industry experience in semi or software companies.
- Expertise in adult learning theory.
- Ability to design tagging structures within LMS.
- Familiarity with Workday LMS, including configuration and transformation experience.
- Experience in facilitation and live training.
