• Own on-site delivery during assessments, cutovers, and stabilization, ensuring safe, consistent execution with minimal impact to hospital operations.
• Serve as the technical governance authority, enforcing organization architecture standards, cabling practices, equipment compatibility, and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between hospital leadership, internal IT teams, program management, and implementation partners.
• Provide hands-on oversight and coaching, leveraging experience with racking/stacking, MDF/IDF layouts, environmental readiness, and infrastructure validation.
• Resolve site constraints, design gaps, and exceptions in partnership with vendors, architects, and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate change management, maintenance windows, and post-refresh stabilization, including escalation support for early-life issues.
• Review and validate site-level TCOs, ensuring accurate assumptions around scope, ordering, installation, and lifecycle impact.
• Partner with Procurement and Logistics on equipment readiness, staging, reuse decisions, and supply chain constraints.
• Participate in weekly program status meetings, reporting on readiness, risks, dependencies, and site-specific issues.
• Own implementation documentation and standards updates, driving continuous improvement across assessment and deployment processes.
