Oversee HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and hiring.
Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
Implement performance appraisals.
Organize training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee payroll and benefits.
Develop HR policies.
Prepare HR reports.
