Job Description
Must-Haves
• 10+ years of construction leadership experience
• 5+ years in Superintendent or General Superintendent capacity
• Experience leading large industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, battery, data center, or heavy commercial projects
• Experience overseeing multiple subcontractors and field teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• OSHA and construction safety expertise
• Experience driving project execution under aggressive timelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, owners, project managers, engineers, and field leadership
• Strong workforce planning and manpower management experience

• Managing multiple Superintendents and Foremen
• Coordinating all trades to maintain schedule milestones
• Driving subcontractor accountability and performance
• Resolving field conflicts and construction challenges
• Leading project-wide safety initiatives and enforcement
• Managing staffing and manpower planning
• Conducting daily coordination meetings with project stakeholders
• Tracking project progress against schedule targets
• Communicating risks and mitigation plans to project leadership
• Ensuring quality standards and installation compliance
• Maintaining Tesla's aggressive project delivery expectations
