What They're Actually Doing
• Leading craft labor and field personnel daily
• Assigning work based on construction schedules and priorities
• Conducting safety meetings and enforcing site requirements
• Coordinating materials, manpower, and equipment needs
• Monitoring work quality and correcting deficiencies
• Reporting progress updates to site leadership
• Working with project management teams to maintain schedule
• Escalating project risks and addressing field issues quickly
• Supporting subcontractor coordination and execution
• Ensuring work is completed to Tesla standards

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• 5+ years of construction supervision or foreman experience
• Experience leading field crews on active construction projects
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
• Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety practices
• Experience coordinating work activities and assigning daily tasks
• Tracking production, manpower, and project progress
• Experience communicating with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
• Ability to work in fast-paced industrial construction environments
