Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Service Manager to their client’s team. This person will lead the day-to-day operations of the Fire & Sprinkler Service Department, overseeing a team of service coordinators and 7–12 field technicians while ensuring all service, inspection, and repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. They will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, driving technician training and development, managing departmental performance, and ensuring service cases are closed out in a timely manner. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, proactively communicating service updates, resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inspection workflows, ensuring all required documentation and compliance paperwork is submitted to local authorities, fire marshals, and governing jurisdictions.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years’ experience as a service manager/lead within fire and/or sprinkler industry
- Could be foreman or superintendent
ERP experience – they are currently using NetSuite
Experience with a service scheduling tool – they use Service Trade and FSM Mobile
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
