Job Description
Insight Global is seeking motivated Financial Analysts to support a large, enterprise‑level veterinary client. These analysts will provide insight to business leaders to enable a shared understanding of results, with a focus on key drivers and trends to guide effective decision-making. Responsible for financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, and performing research and analysis to support decision-making. These Analysts must be self-starters and bring a servant leader mindset to help build and develop relationships in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets and communicate variances through various reports and presentations.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecast revisions, including ad hoc data analysis to support budget assumptions.
• Build data-backed models to provide scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.
• Present detailed analyses of P&L statements, including EBITDA and COG, to support forecasting, variance analysis, and business decision-making.
• Update various Power BI dashboards on a monthly basis.
• Participate in working groups to evaluate current processes and improve financial reporting.
• Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in complex business environments.
• Expertise in MS Excel (INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, INDIRECT, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), with proven experience manipulating large sets of data efficiently.
• Experience with SQL, Macros, and VBA
• Familiarity with Oracle and Power BI
• Highly analytical with the ability to work with ambiguous data sets
• Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills; proven ability to dissect problems and develop and communicate solutions clearly, concisely, and completely.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
