Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Specialist to join our client's team. This role involves remotely managing multiple commercial properties by coordinating with various vendors for inspections and repairs, ensuring all vendor reports are complete, and resolving any issues promptly. It includes managing the work order system, maintaining professional relationships with tenants and vendors, and handling administrative tasks such as coding invoices and preparing monthly reports. Effective communication with clients and timely follow-up on all tasks are crucial aspects of this position.

Required Skills & Experience

High school degree or equivalent is required.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXP WITH WORK ORDER SYSTEMS
Commercial Real Estate experience is required.
Proficient with follow up and follow through procedures.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional experience is preferred.
