Correct errors on inbound and outbound documents and assist the business with orders in JD Edwards and ERP systems.
Onboard new customers to the EDI platform, ensuring they are set up correctly to start trading documents.
Understand and communicate EDI language and elements within transaction forms to partners.
Trade documents (Purchase Orders) with 15 grocers and about 10 suppliers, adapting documents based on the trading partner.
Test, set up, and ensure process flows before production.
Configure JD Edwards and work with middleware EDI partners (SPS Commerce) to ensure proper setup.
Collaborate with business partners and participate in weekly EDI meetings to discuss current customers and pipeline updates.

Functional and technical knowledge of EDI documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and advance shipping notices.
Must know how an EDI purchase order is structured, invoice, advance shipping notice, all EDI specific they must know. Work with these documents daily. The clients EDI is industry standard (the elements are the same)
SPS Commerce is their EDI middleware. They send documents to the grocer and supplier, and they translate into EDI formant to then send to grocer or supplier, then the grocer sends to the client. SBS translates to JD Edwards from there. Client sends to JD Edwards to format, then to the supplier.
Familiarity with SPS Commerce as an EDI middleware, including document translation and communication processes.
Proficiency in JD Edwards, particularly in EDI, supply chain, procurement, sales, and inventory modules.

Document Management: Manage the trading of documents (e.g., Purchase Orders) with approximately 15 grocers and 10 suppliers, adapting documents based on specific grocer or supplier requirements.
Testing and Setup: Conduct testing and setup to ensure smooth process flow before production. Configure JD Edwards and collaborate with middleware EDI partners (e.g., SPS Commerce) to ensure proper setup.
Collaboration: Work closely with business partners and participate in weekly EDI meetings to review current customers and pipeline activities. SPS Commerce handles mapping.
