Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerFx, Power Automate, Canvas/Model Driven apps and Dynamics 365 customization.
Modules: Experience with field service and customer service modules in Dynamics 365.
AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI integration in Dynamics 365.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Agile Experience: Proven experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.

Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, including new portal efforts and work screens.
Coding: Utilize JavaScript for custom coding and PowerFx enhancements within Dynamics 365.
Power Automate: Implement and manage workflows using Power Automate and API integrations to streamline business processes.
Field Service module: Design, develop, customize and support field service solutions within Dynamics 365.
AI Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into Dynamics 365 to enhance functionality and user experience.
Agile Environment: Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and continuous improvement efforts.
Customer Service module: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, including portal efforts and work screens.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
