Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Director of Corporate Services to oversee and integrate multiple internal business functions within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This individual will provide leadership across areas including Human Resources, compliance, security coordination, facilities, IT/cyber coordination, and corporate administration. They will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and improve operational processes and accountability structures across the organization. The Director will support HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while also overseeing risk management efforts, audits, and corporate programs like insurance and benefits administration. This role will monitor budgets, vendor relationships, and operational expenses while driving execution and follow-through across departments. The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of experience in business operations or corporate services leadership
-Experience overseeing multiple functions (HR, compliance, facilities, IT coordination, or similar)
-Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (government, defense, or similar)
-Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing employees
