Job Description

CSA Superintendent

Supervise all on-site CSA construction activities including structural installations, vendor setups, and utility coordination.
Drive project schedules and escalate issues to management as needed.
Enforce OSHA and Tesla safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop detailed construction plans.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Electrical Superintendent

Lead electrical construction efforts including medium voltage systems (5kV–35kV), substation builds, and controls installations.
Manage electricians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and other standards.
Coordinate utility interconnections and oversee commissioning activities.
Track material deliveries and resolve discrepancies.


Qualifications
CSA Superintendent

Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction on industrial or commercial projects.
OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of building codes and environmental regulations.
Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and logistics.

Electrical Superintendent

5+ years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably on large-scale industrial projects.
Expertise in medium voltage systems, substation commissioning, and electrical safety standards.
Master Electrician license preferred; OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications required.
Experience with design-build projects and constructability reviews.
Strong leadership and communication skills.


Additional Notes
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. Citizen only).
On-site presence required 5+ days/week, up to 60-70 hours/week.
