Job Description

· Complete schedule build-outs for green-field capital projects utilizing Primavera P6.
· Drive inputs from all stakeholders for schedule creation and subsequent schedule updating through the entirety of the project lifecycle Permitting, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.
· Create milestone, critical path, and 14-day lookahead schedules and deliver to all stakeholders.
· Utilize P6 to provide program schedule for 100+ projects to assist with resource loading and manpower requirements across all disciplines.
· Review long lead equipment and material tracking to update schedules accordingly.
· Analyze and interpret data from the internal Project Management and Construction Teams, Owners representatives, contractors, and vendors to develop and drive logic for the overall project plan.
· Conducts schedule review meetings to discuss project status and to assist in developing alternatives to accommodate changes in priorities.
· Prepares the Schedule Analysis Report to identify impact of progress and/or scope change on previously scheduled target dates.
Walk the field to analyze progress to audit information provided by upstream stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience building and creating WBS to develop project schedule from initiation phase; not just inputting actual dates into existing schedule created by others.
· Background in large capital project work in Oil & Gas, Industrial or High-Tech industries.
· Fast-paced, dynamic work ethic to constantly re-sequence activities to align with project and program priorities and missions.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Background and experience with major EPC or large capital construction projects.
· Self-Starter work ethic requiring minimal direction to provide value.
· Extreme proficiency with Primavera P6.
Preferred: Experience with Monte-Carlo Simulation to better analyze schedule risk and outcome probabilities.
