Job Description

• Responsibilities:
o Development of project plans, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
o Coordinate with the project superintendents to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
o Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings including resolving design clashes.
o Prepare and maintain project documentation, including cost forecasts, material trackers, permits, schedules, take-offs, as-builts, and progress reports.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards.
o Monitor and audit project costs, invoices, & billings, comparing actuals against the budget while also Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering alternatives.
o Conduct regular project meetings (virtual, in-person, and field) to discuss progress, milestones, and upcoming activities.
• Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent in experience.
o 5+ years of construction experience, primarily in Site Development, earthwork, underground utilities, shoring systems, ground improvements, foundations, & pavement, roadways.
o Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
o Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals.
o Proficiency in project management software, design tools, and scheduling software.
o Ability to problem solve and make difficult decisions rooted in data.
o Confident in decision making ability and coordinating among key stakeholders.
