Job Description

As a Test Engineer on HP’s Poly Camera Hardware team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of video conferencing cameras. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working in camera labs, conducting objective and subjective testing based on established SOPs. You will validate camera functionality after software updates to ensure no regression in quality, and support product development by testing cameras on pre-built systems (no system assembly required).

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or 2+ years working in a IT Environment
-Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accuracy in reporting.
-Strong interest in camera systems, video conferencing technology, and software testing.
-Experience with objective and subjective testing methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Testing and documentation experience in hardware or software environments.
-Familiarity with video conferencing devices and camera technologies is a plus.
-Basic understanding of hardware/software integration
