Key Responsibilities
o Serve as a coordination point across IT business units to maintain alignment, and
operational continuity.
o Attend leadership and stakeholder meetings to capture key decisions, action items,
and follow up activities.
o Monitor action items and commitments, proactively following up with stakeholders
to ensure timely completion.
o Coordinate cross-functional meetings, agendas, and strategic calendars to support
organizational priorities.
o Maintain visibility into ongoing initiatives, dependencies, and upcoming milestones
across multiple teams.
o Help identify competing priorities, scheduling conflicts, and potential gaps in
coordination before they become issues.
o Support operational planning activities by ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are
engaged and deliverables remain on track.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, communications, or a
related field
o 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, business coordination, operations
support, program support, or similar
o Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously
o Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple teams and
organizational levels
o Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through coordination and follow up
rather than direct authority
o High attention to detail with strong documentation and meeting facilitation
