Job Description

This person will reengineer and streamline core and common capability processes and design a blueprint that meets the requirements of shared
services and all Business Areas, as part of a significant Business Transformation program. The blueprint will be cross-functional, incorporating multiple functions and business areas and all upstream and downstream impacted areas. Out of the box technology is a key requirement and therefore customizations are to be avoided. Process documentation and re-engineering processes must adhere to industry standard best
practices, with a focus on interoperability, data integrity and automation.
-Creating blueprint process diagrams for core and common capabilities
-Cross-functional analysis to fully understand upstream and downstream impacts
-Streamlining processes for maximum efficiencies
-Eradicating existing customizations ensuring no new customizations are introduced
-Gap analysis across Multiple BA's and functions between new blueprint design and legacy
as-is processes
-Adhering to industry best practices for business analysis and process documentation
-Requirements gathering: conduct interviews, workshops or surveys with stakeholders to
elicit and document business requirements.
-Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies and
propose improvements. Use tools like process maps and flowcharts to document existing
and proposed processes.
-Solution Definition: Develop detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories,
or use cases.
-Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders at various levels ensuring all
parties are aligned with the project goals, progress, and outcomes. Manage expectations
and facilitate consensus.
-Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business
decisions. (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
-Documentation

Required Skills & Experience

-Business Process Analysis experience in Business Transformations
-Experience with Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion)
-business process mapping experience
-Experience in process re-engineering
-Strong technical, process and data knowledge and expertise
-Strong analytical, quantitative, and data modeling skills.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-experts
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset
