An employer is looking for a mid-level API/.Net Developer to join our team in the Round Rock/Austin, TX area. This person will join the Retirement Plan Services team for a new service deployment and enhancements to a pre-existing system that will satisfy regulatory requirements and focus on customer communications that sends notifications for customers regarding their 401k notes, changing their contribution rate, change funds, etc. This system will be enhanced to process data to dynamically build out notices to the client's customers for anyone signed up for the system. You will collaborate with architects, development leads, and product owners to understand the strategy and scope of software requirements for Retirement Plan Services on a daily basis.

- 3-5 years' experience in .Net web applications, .Net Core, or ASP.Net.
- Experience with API development on the backend with Restful API within a PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) platform.
- Experience with cloud technologies in SQL managed data bases utilizing message ques within RabbitMQ (preferred) and stream data in real time in a Kafka environment (preferred).
- Prior experience developing code with C#.
- Development experience in SQL to use them to automate repetitive tasks and ensure consistency on the backend.
- Prior experience enhancing and troubleshooting data processing through scheduled batch jobs and queues.
Financial industry knowledge, specifically in the retirement plan services domain.
Experience using test automation tools such as Swagger, Postman, Selenium, or other technical testing tools and frameworks.
