Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a contract Administrative Assistant to support the operation and office functions of one of their client's properties in Austin TX. This is a fast-paced, fully onsite role within a small, close-knit office environment (approx. 12 people). The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable handling administrative, reporting, and leasing-related tasks. The role starts as soon as possible and is projected to end in September. The role is fully onsite and will be M-F from 8am to 5pm.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3-5 years as office or administrative assistant
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
· Strong data-entry skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable running and pulling reports in Yardi (hands-on experience is a plus; training provided)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Experience working for commercial real estate / property office
- Yardi experience
